About Me

My name is Hannah and I am a high school teacher, former model and actress, and a pageant girl who loves all things sparkly.  I always knew my calling was to serve others and make a difference (hence my choice to pursue a career in education), and I have always been a girly-girl who loved beauty and fashion.

When the Superbowl landed in my city in 2018, I suddenly found myself in the midst of a huge, multi-church, multi-business project to offer safe haven and resources to women coming out of human trafficking.  Six months later, I packed up my apartment in the suburbs and moved into a home in the inner city of Minneapolis, where I would assist with anti-trafficking trainings for community members, join street outreaches on Friday nights, and be ready to do life alongside women who would choose to come off the streets and live with us while they rebuilt their lives.

My year as a residential volunteer with this ministry has ended, but God had shown me too many things that broke His heart.  My goal here is to help others understand beauty products that are not only effective and worth their price tag, but also created using ethical treatment of people and the planet they live on.   Self-care shouldn’t only be about ourselves!

Join me in my mission to educate the world about the story of beauty!
